The Indo-French Sports Association took part in the 2026 Ordinary Session of CIGEPS — UNESCO's Intergovernmental Committee for Physical Education and Sport — held on 15 June 2026 in Paris.
As an observer, IFSA aligns its grassroots and elite programmes with UNESCO's Fit for Life framework, which promotes sport as a driver of health, inclusion, and sustainable development.
Participation in CIGEPS places IFSA's Indo-French work within a recognised multilateral framework and opens new avenues for cooperation with member states and sporting institutions.
