IFSA has signed a letter of intent with Ligue 1 club LOSC Lille and the Université de Lille to launch the “Lille Year-in-Residence” — a 10-to-12-month residency for young Indian student-athletes.
The programme rests on three pillars: academics with the Université de Lille (Sports Management, French language and culture), elite football training with LOSC at the Domaine de Luchin, and a cultural programme led by IFSA.
Framed within the France–India roadmap set by Presidents Macron and Modi, it is being developed with the support of the French Embassy in India, the French Ministry of Sports, and India's Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports.
